You have heard of the salmon DNA facial. This is that molecule, set into a sheet.
PDRN is polydeoxyribonucleotide: short fragments of DNA purified from salmon. The structure is close enough to human DNA that skin recognises it rather than pushing it away. Aesthetic clinics in Seoul, and now in Mumbai and Delhi, inject it by the vial. Finish your routine first
Cleanse, tone, serum, whatever you already do. The sheet goes on last, over everything. It seals the rest in.

Peel the film, press it on
Upper film off, place it, lower film off. It is slippery, so anchor the forehead first and smooth outward. Cold on contact.

Leave it. Peel it off in the morning
Overnight, or three to four hours during the day until it runs clear. No rinsing. Nothing left on the pillow.
Three things people work out on their second sheet
- Do not bin the eye and mouth cut-outs. Press them onto your neck, under-eyes or smile lines. That is four extra treated zones out of one sheet.
- Use it the night before, not the morning of. Skin peaks around eight to twelve hours after removal. Wedding on Saturday means sheet on Thursday night.
- On a flight, wear it for the middle three hours. Cabin humidity sits near 12%. This is the one product built for that.

My skin is sensitive and reacts to everything. Can I use it?
The formula is dermatologically tested for low irritation and carries no artificial colourant, which is why the pink fades rather than staining. It does contain fragrance. If your skin is reactive, patch-test on the inner arm or behind the ear for 24 hours first. If you have active eczema, broken skin, or you are on prescription retinoids or isotretinoin, speak to your dermatologist before adding any new mask. This is a cosmetic, not a treatment.
Can I really sleep in it? Will it not slide off?
It is built for it. The hydrogel grips as it warms to skin temperature, and most people wake up with it still on. Some sleepers find the jaw and nose sections lift. If that is you, wear it for three or four hours in the evening instead and take it off before bed. The delivery is the same either way.
How often should I use one?
Two to three nights a week suits most people, or every night for a week before an event. It is gentle enough for daily use.
Mine did not go completely transparent. Did it fail?
No. Full transparency depends on your skin's condition and the humidity in the room. In a Chennai monsoon it clears more slowly than in a Delhi winter. A sheet that is still faintly pink at removal has still delivered its essence.
