Return & Refund Policy

At Maumuse, your satisfaction is important to us. Every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product that isn't in perfect condition, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only for unused, unopened products in the following situations:

• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product is defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• An item is missing from your order.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Period

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a request, please email hello@maumuse.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging (where applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your request.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to collect your bank account details before processing the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used or opened products
• Products that are not in their original packaging
• Products returned for reasons other than damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing items
