No, if you mix it gel-heavy. Oily skin in humid weather does best at roughly gel 1 to capsule half. It is non-comedogenic and finishes weightless. Save the richer ratio for AC and winter.

What does 120 hours of hydration actually mean?

It is medicube's claim from their own testing, and it refers to how long measured moisture levels stayed raised in the study, not five days without washing your face. You still apply it morning and night.

What are the blue beads?

Capsules of ultra-low molecular hyaluronic acid. The blue colour keeps them visible in the clear gel so you can see how much you are taking. They melt fully into the gel as you press them.

Will it work under makeup?

Yes. Use the gel-heavy ratio, give it a minute to sink in, then sunscreen, then base. A capsule-heavy mix under foundation can feel slippery.

I have sensitive skin. Is it safe?

The formula is tested to be low-irritating and has no fragrance on its ingredient list. Still patch test behind your ear for 24 hours, and start once a day for the first week.

Can I use it with my acne treatment?

Yes, and it helps. Benzoyl peroxide, adapalene and salicylic acid all dry the skin out. Apply your treatment first, let it absorb, then this on top.
